IMPORTANT NOTICE: On the first day of registration, the official online registration engine for Taglit-Birthright Israel trips may experience difficulties. If the registration page does not load for you, please wait a few minutes and try again.

In the meantime, please prepare yourself fully for registration by having a credit card to pay your refundable $250 trip deposit.

You can start the registration process here and follow the links. If you have problems, you can read the statements below and the answers that follow. If they do not help you solve your problem, please email us, but keep in that our response time may be slow due to high demand for registration.

1. What's the next step after submitting my email and password?

A. Look for a confirmation email that will be sent to the email account you submitted. Confirm it and move to the next step. That email may end up on your spam box/trash box, so please look there. If you still do not see it, click here: https://register.birthrightisrael.com/PreregisterEmail.cfm

2. I don't see an email of confirmation.

A. Look in your spam folder as well. If you still do not see it, click here: https://register.birthrightisrael.com/PreregisterEmail.cfm

Waitlisted applicants who applied in past rounds need to use the email they used to register back then. If you don't remember that email, see question number 3 below.

3. I tried to register but the email was not accepted. What do I do?

A. You must log in with the email you originally provided in your past application with Taglit-Birthright Israel. If you do not remember it, or it is no longer active, click the following link and submit your information bere: https://register.birthrightisrael.com/forgotpass.cfm

4. I tried to register but forgot the password / or email was not accepted. What now?

A. Click this link and submit your info: https://register.birthrightisrael.com/forgotpass.cfm

If you have applied in the past with Hibba/Israelintouch.com, send us an email or call us and we will email it to you right away. NOTE: We will send it to the email with which you originally applied in the past.

5. I am having problems moving to or accessing the next steps of registration.

A. During the initial hours of registration, the site may crash due to heavy traffic. Be patient and try again. If the problem persists and you cannot access the pages, please send an email to information@birthrightisrael.com . Please include in that email your full name, phone number and a short description of the problem. We'll get back to you ASAP.

6. I am having trouble submitting in my deposit.

A. Due to high demand for our trips, the registration system may sometimes experience trouble, particularly in the deposit payment section. If you have a problem, send an email to: information@birthrightisrael.com . Please include in that email your full name, phone number and a short description of the problem. We'll get back to you ASAP.

7. I need to go back and resubmit some information I missed. How do I do that?

A. Go back to the registration page and submit your email and password in the blue section. You will then receive another email that will lead you back to your application.
